On Wednesday, I didn't do any cardio due to church running long last night as well as work, but it was my abs/pushups day...
4 sets of 20 pushups (80 total)
20 leg raises
20 left and right oblique crunches each
30 regular crunches
20 lower back things I do on the floor... (not sure what to call them...)
I have to find something other than the treadmill. My knee just can't take it right now. Our weather is changing so I know that might have something to do with it. I got a yoga cd for Christmas so I need to find it and give that a try.
