Default Any one can tell me more about soy product?

I know that Soy product (soya bean milk, soya bean, etc) is high in protein. Can any one tell me if there's any hidden carbo in them?

Soy products are a combination of protein and carbohydrate. So, in natural soy products there are carbs. THe article in Low Carb Tips at the top of the page will explain more on the subject. Is there a breakdown of the protein, fat, fiber and carbohydrates on the labels?

At the top of the page under Low Carb Tools is a carbohydrate counter. If you type in soy, tofu, miso, tempeh etc., you'll come up with a list of the products and the carb count.
