Take care, Abby

Hi Abby,
I have had a real problem trying to lose weight and did spend time in OA years ago. I learned tools to help me and one was logging my food daily and allow it to be seen by someone.
I used my journal here as that...I logged my food daily in public. You can view it by clicking on my jounal button and going to the first page where there is a link to my 1st journal where I logged my food for 20 months...every day!!
Many reasons to have a journal....lots happens in the journaling area. Check some of them out!!
