Default Any kind of "Fasts" for water weight?

Besides induction? Cause I've been on that for a few days now and nothing.

It's not my diet. It's because a few weeks ago I ate like 5 packages of unsalted crackers a day cause of stomach problems. Now I can't get rid of this damn water.

It's a plant. You can get it at GNC for about $7.00. I orginally bought it for my fingernails but noticed it helped me lose water weight. Also makes your skin look alot better. Or maybe thats the water? Who knows. It's worth a try.

Once the buds popped out on the trees here my allergies reacted. I took several medications, primarily Clairiton and Sudafed. My food intake was down due to the lack of appetite these medication seem to promote. I drank more water from the thirst they created, all this over a period of just a few days. I have been off the stuff several days and it seems almost overnight I gained five pounds. It is not coming off and I am wondering if this is a common occurrence with these meds and how long that water weight stays.

Regards,

BRat

I, too, am wondering about meds, like Bayrat. Was sick for two days, took two small swigs of mylanta, and one tums. That's it. I have 3 pounds on now.
