Hi everybody
I did the Cindy Crawford workout video tonight,I just wish I could find a good workout that only takes like 20 min to do,cause it's so hard with kids. My 18 month old climbs up on my belly and bounces everytime I lay down to do a sit up! can anyone tell me what the most effective exercise is for burning the most calories?
I really want to make the best of my time.
