First miss in 31 days. Was busy and kept telling myself I could do it before bed. Then, when I messed up my pedi (just the big toes) by putting on shoes to pick blueberries, had to redo THEM, and was unwilling to mess them up again by trying to balance on my toes.

Back at it again today--in San Diego!

Very true..... and it IS garage sale season.

For extra fun, when I was doing some of my floor exercises, my cats alternated laying under my legs. They seem to like the feel of the yoga mat.......

Happy Planking Tuesday all!

Today's Workout:

80 second front plank on straight arms and toes (this was really challenging!)
45 second side plank on forearm and toes
10 modified push ups
T-Tapp organs in place and half frogs
T-Tapp Hoe Downs
30 second downward facing dog
30 second child's pose

I did 13,500 steps yesterday.

As I was doing my workout this morning I was thinking about the parking ticket I got in the mail yesterday and how I plan to dispute it. Let me see..... parking in a lot that I don't know where it is, at a time when I was at home, in my pjs on the phone, in a car I don't own...... Ticket says the car was an Acura - I have a Mazda..... GRRRRR

Good morning all, I was short on time today so had to skip my plank workout. Definitely back to it tomorrow, even if I have to get up earlier (up at 5:15 now for work).

Hello, Plankers! I just wanted to let you know that I'll be out of internet range for a while, so I won't be posting here. I'll think of you! The challenge continues!

Best wishes.

Happy Sunday Morning, Plankin' People!

Hope everyone is doing well and wishing you all a totally spectacular day in every single way!

Anyhoo...Imma really getting the hang of those 2m 30s planks... trying to move past those to a new time; ain't happenin' yet but I shall persevere! Like they say:

"No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch!"

Granted the quote is for walking or running, but it still pretty valid!
