Searching long and hard for sauces low in carbs and sugar for meats (nothing worse than "bare" boring meat--to me). Finally found what seems to work but do not know if they have them in Canada. They are called Tiger Sauce and Dragon Sauce. Made by Reily Foods co. in New Orleans, LA (70130). The 5fl ounce bottle has less than a gram of carbs and 0 sugars and 5 calories. They are small bottles (a little goes a long way as they are spicy) and I find them in the bottled sauces section at my WinCo grocery here in Boise, Idaho. Don't know if they have a web site but one could write to them and inquire where they are sold elsewhere.~~bella

Sound very tasty! I myself am VERY fond of the Cholula brand hot sauce from Mexico. Lots of flavour to balance the heat and no added sugar.
