Hi Chloe..I dont always have the time to check up in here... so busy with work and going to university in evenings...anyhow, i am glad Montignac diet is maintaining your weight, and i think i should get the book cause i was more raised on eating the european way and not the westerner's way...mind you i have nothing against westerners since im born here but coming from an italian family and eating always fresh i stuck to my roots and stayed healthy...

Hope you werent affect by the explosions east of London and your all safe.

you can always email me and i will answer you right away

Hi everyone, there really is VERY little traffic on this thread...

Anyway, doesn't matter, I just want to find out if anyone on here has had lasting success with Montignac? How much weight did you loose, etc? Tell it all please.

I am going to purchase one of Michel's books within a week or two and would like to know how you're doing?

Thanks
Sarah

Default Is this topic long gone?

I've started food combining and found this old thread - wondered if anybody else is fc'ing or interested in starting? I lost 7 lbs last year when I did it, then switched to Kimkins, but I think this is healthier with the veggies & fruits.
