Default Dr. Ted Naiman. Burn Fat, Not Sugar

Dr. Ted Naiman, a Seattle family physician who has advocated low carb for 20 years, does not have his own thread even though he has been mentioned here many times on a range of different topics.

Starting one now, because he has finally updated his website.

New design, new tabs, including one I plan to use... Naimemes

One of my favorites: https://www.dietdoctor.com/m-e-l-di...-rapid-fat-loss

He is known for these on his Twitter and Facebook accounts, and is most active on those two platforms. But maybe with this redesign more content will end up on the website. Note, some of the content on this newly designed website has not been updated.

He can also be found on the DietDoctor website. Interview: https://www.dietdoctor.com/dr-ted-n...w-carb-20-years

Good lectures on Insulin Resistance (he talks fast):
