Click on Daily Entry in the menu. It should take you to the same page where you entered your Breakfast. Immediately beneath the area where you select your foods, there are two boxes. You click on the left hand one to Add a food you have highlighted on your list. If you click on the right hand one, where it says Breakfast, you will get a little menu from which you can select the meal you want to add the food to.
