Question I love to exercise....

I've been exercising consisitantly for 4-5 years now and that's probably why I have not gained all the weight back from the first time I did the Atkins plan (239/175). Today at 197.5lbs. I would like to know how much exercise is the right amount. I usually get with a personal trainer twice a week for stregth training. One session is 1 1/2 hours and the other is just a 1/2 hour. Then I also go to the gym 4-5 days a week for 30-45 minutes for cardio training. What do you guys think? Do you think I should vamp it up?

Be sure that you are keeping a good variety to your exercise program. Also vary your intensity. Your body will plateau with the same exercise program. Good luck
