Default First Day

Well my first day went well. I ate 25.5 g carbs total.
One bad thing happend at 145am. I woke up and ate the last piece of meat pie from my dad.CRUST. I know!!I didnt count that in my daily total. I am going to pretend that didnt happen. Is that
ok? I am excited for another day and plan on eating 20g carb only.
Thanks for listening.

Hello! I wouldn't worry about the meat pie. New habits take weeks or months to really set in. Give yourself some time. It'll all work out!

Good luck and happy new year!

How was your second day??? Are you using www.fitday.com to track your food and fitness? If not I suggest it, because it is so worth it.
