Default Just finished 20 days of Atkins but...

I also have the Protein Power book and am seriously thinking about switching to PP beginning Monday. Any advice or tips? I currently weigh 145 and my goal weight is 128 but I would be thrilled to get to 130 also. I have been doing Atkins Induction for the past 20 days and staying under 20 carbs a day except for tonight where I got the munchies and had some saltines and peanut butter.
Thanks!

Hi! I have no advice because PP is virtually the same as Atkins, once you're off induction. The number crunching is a little different, but ultimately, someone on PP vs Atkins OWL would be eating pretty much the same food.

It will probably be slower going, since you're close to your goal, but it will be more enjoyable.

Best o' luck!
