Default Hit the 20-pound mark today!!

OMG-OMG-OMG - I'm doing the happy dance!

I'm down another pound today, which brings me to a grand total of 20 POUNDS LOST since I started!!!!!

I can't remember the last time I was able to lose 20 lbs!!!

(Of course I'd be even more excited if I could really see a difference, but once again, that's the curse of being built the way I am. 20 lbs doesn't look like much on me)

But it sure sounds like something!!!

Congratulations!!!

I made 30 pounds my first mini goal for many reasons... one of them being becuase of the way I am built too!

It seems that even with the 24 pounds I've lost, I've barely gone down a size in pants... shirts are all still fine... and very few people have noticed a weight loss!

We must be built the same way.

Wanna know my theory on it? Underneath the nice even (big) layer of 'fluff' I have is the perfect body hiding there!

You keep going! Eventually we'll both start to see a bigger difference.

I can't wait to applaud you on your next 20 pounds!

As my friend put it when I told him last weekend that I was down 22 pounds (daily weight, not "official" weekly weigh-in weight): "that's like not carrying a backpack around all the time!"

Good job!

Congratulations! That's awesome. I am working towards twenty pounds as well, and it probably won't show, but it does make a difference. Good work, and I hope the weight keeps coming off.

Congrats!!! I am tall like you and it was around the 30lb mark that people started to notice. You'll be there soon enough.
