Default zone blocks

Just FYI if you go to zoneperfect.com, you can geta better explanation of the blocks, however, it is realatively simple.

Based on your weight, height and so on, you are calculated to eat at least 11 blocks of food per day or more.

For instance 1 miniblock of protein would equal 1 oz of chicken, tuna or beef.
1 miniblock of carbs would equal 1/2 apple, orange or grapefuit
1 miniblock of fat would equal 1 tsp of olive oil and so on.

When going to the website you can look for miniblocks and it breaks down a list of protein, carbs and fats. East list then breaks down into most favorable, moderatley favorable and least favorable.

Say you are on 11 blocks a day.

You would need 3 miniblocks of protein, 3 miniblocks of carbs and 3 miniblocks of protein to make one meal that equal 3 blocks.

I am using the soy zone but when I was using the non soy zone it would look like 3 oz of chicken, 3/4 cups kidney beans and 1 tsp olive oil.

In the soy zone it might be 9 oz tofu, 1 salad with3 tbsp olive and vinegar dressing.
