Default "No noodles" Lasagna

I just made this lasagna because I was so hungry for it and it came out just great. I used a 4 x 4 baking pan and Karen's recipe for Bolognese Sauce (which I have some left over).

Instead of the noodles I used:

Provolone cheese
Peperoni slices (from the deli)
Slices of Parmesan cheese

I assambled the Lasagna like this:

1. Meat sauce.
2. Provolone slices.
3. Pepperoni slices.
4. Parmesan cheese slices.
5 Mozzarella cheese.
6. Meat sauce.
7. Provolone slices.
8. Pepperoni slices.
9. Parmesan cheese slices.
10. Mozzarella cheese.
11. Meat sauce just in the center.
12. Covered it all with Parmesan cheese slices.

Baked it at 350 degrees for 40 min. in my oven. Just enough for the Parmesan cheese to beggin to burn a bit (but not really).

Take it out of the oven and let it cool for about 1 hour, then cut the squares with a very sharp knife that can cut through the pepperoni.

It holds itself like a real lasgana. If it is hot, it falls appart. Since I am alone, I just put the squares (9 slices) away to reheat for lunch or dinner with a nice salad.

It was great!

Thanks Karen for that great Bolognese Recipe.
