06/01 thru 06/30 - 200.8 to 197 (3.8 lbs lost)
07/01 thru 07/28 - 197 to 195ish (I could see the underside of 195)(2 lbs lost)
07/29 thru 08/31 - 195ish to 195.5 (.5 gain)
09/01 thru 09/20 – 195.5 to 194 (1.5 lbs lost)
09/21 to 10/31 - Not only did I fall of the diet wagon, I dragged it into the woods, set it on fire, and used the insurance money to buy twinkies!
November goal - to be better to myself and re-establish a WOE that makes me feel better and shed excess weight.

What a great start. Had a LCHF day yesterday. Proves once again to myself I just can't eat carbs. Had my fat coffee for breakfast, ate 4 thin slices of lunchmeat with lettuce and cream cheese rolled up in there for lunch then a piece of Talapia sauteed in butter with a generous amount of broccoli smothered in butter for my dinner last night. Drank quite a bit of water. Hoping to stick again today.
