Default Low Carb Paleo with Mark Sisson

Dr Andreas Eenfeldt has posted his interview with Mark Sisson, conducted during this year's Ancestral Health Symposium held at Harvard this past weekend.

http://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb-...ith-mark-sisson

Anyone interested in a Paleo lifestyle should listen to this interview... 42 worthwhile minutes. The questions asked prompt Mark to talk about many important points of his plan, where to be on the "carbohydrate curve" depending on your health status, the transition time to fat-burning adaptation, calories required including the timing and amounts of Mark's meals and exercise, etc. It covers most basics for starting a low carb Paleo lifestyle. Sisson is such a clear communicator that the important issues are understandable to someone completely new, yet he adds enough science detail to make it interesting for those of us who already follow his commonsense advice.

Hi Janet! Thanks for this one. I haven't had time for podcasts, but I'm putting this one on my list for the coming winter.

Hi Wheeler,
By winter all the other interviews Dr. Eenfeldt did in Cambridge, and all the talks given at the conference should also be posted. You will be able to fill up those long dark days easily.
