Thai is tricky because some of the sauces tend to have sugar in them, including peanut sauce. Soups and salads are pretty Atkins-safe. You may just want to assume some extra carbs.

Is Chantanee Thai still there, a bit south of downtown Bellevue? Ah, it looks like they are. I think that sizzling beef thing is pretty safe, and some of the fish dishes sound safe.
Hopefully, the Garlic Lover's Delight doesn't have added sugar - you could ask them. I used to get that with chicken, and it was so good. So much garlic that it does taste sweet, but hopefully that's just from the garlic itself. Swimming Rama is good and nutritious, but it probably does have some sugar in the peanut sauce.

I agree with Ysabella on the sugar in Thai food, especially the curries. Larb (chopped or ground meat seasoned with lime, fish sauce, basil, mint, cilantro) is a pretty safe bet, though it's a bit low in fat for my taste. It can be found in the salad section of the menu.

I recently went to Angel's Thai on 4th in Olympia - the chef was willing to leave the sugar out of the Tom Yum for us and it was excellent.

Other than that I have just been trying to stick with whole foods...and that has been working pretty well for me. I was wondering if any of you know of any good lo-carb options I could get in a thai food restaurant? My boyfriend really wants to go but I don't want to if there is nothing for me to eat! Any advice would be appreciated :-)!

Tom Yum soup (without the noodles), and a salad.
