I am going to try to eliminate yeast from my diet. Any advice? Are there any other types of cheese, other than mozzarella and cream cheese permitted? I'm courious as to why mozzerella is different from other cheese. Also, can you give me examples of what is considered, "cured foods"? Oh, I am going to miss my cheese and almonds.

Oh, I know what you mean! I resisted looking into anti-candida eating just because of the cheese issue. I just don't know how to cook without dairy. But I'm going to learn, so I've been getting different cookbooks out from the library to see how to go about this. I'm going to start out being very strict, and later look into using the fresh cheeses and see how it goes.-Gail
