Official exercise at the gym has been lacking, especially yesterday, but I'm making sure to run the stairs at school (7 flights to and from class and 4 flights to and from the car with fully loaded backpack).
It probably won't make that much of a difference, but it's better than nothing at this point. I'm going to try to get back to the gym consistently starting Saturday. After all the partying in the next two days (and for the past 2 days ) I think I'll need it.
