Default Did you feel better after giving up dairy?

I've read that eliminating gluten & sugar helped relieve symptoms, but I haven't read much about dairy. I'm particularly interested in learning more about problems with casein; the web is full of info about casein's negative impact on kids w autism, but not much else.

I've been reducing sugar, gluten & dairy and will prob go gluten & dairy free next week to see how I feel.

thanks!

Well, it did help me some, especially with sinus issues, but I'm also lactose intolerant.

However, I do not sometimes have casein because I use whey protein on occasion.

"They" say that a lot of people who have gluten sensitivities also have casein sensitivities.

Loren Cordain has a 30 page chapter on dairy in his new book. He references many studies about dairy and auto-immune diseases in general. A good summary of that chapter here: http://thepaleodiet.com/archives/3816

Yeah, I get aches in muscles and joints, sinus issues (especially in bed at night), and mini-zits. Constipation from cheese.

Nancy LC - does the humidity in San Diego bother you? I live in San Francisco and everyone keeps telling me to move to SD... The humidity is high there, too, though, according to weather.com..
