Default Hi! Returning to Low Carb After A Decade

Hi, all! I'm in week 4 of an Atkins/low carb diet. I've been sticking to less than 12 carbs a day and have been going to the gym very consistently. I feel better physically and mentally and remember this feeling vaguely from when I did Atkins during one summer over a decade ago. I'm focusing on just maintaining this feeling, rather than on pounds lost so much. Happy to be a part of this forum!

Welcome back. It's a good feeling all right. You might consider starting a journal here, so you can remind yourself in the future.

Best wishes.

I just started as well. Like you I did Atkins a long time ago. So much has changed right? I feel like it has improved in that there are so many options for people to find what works. But, I've already found that only the original Atkins (1972) is working for me. Good luck!
