This just a quick, simple snack but it's very tasty and it satisfies my sweet tooth.

In a tall glass combine to dissolve:

- 1/4 - 1/3 teaspoon good quality instant coffee, like Starbucks Via
- about a teaspoon of water

Add:

- 1 can diet Shasta cream soda
- a slosh of heavy whipping cream, about 1-4 tablespoons, depending on your diet goals

That's all. Enjoy!

Thank you for sharing! I know that you posted this a while back but I saw this scanning the forum for some new 'food inspiration' and I think I just found my new evening 'go to' treat! I have tried the cream and diet root beer 'cream sodas' and this combination sounds WONDERFUL with the coffee addition! Can't wait to try it tonight!
