Gallbladder symptoms are awful! I did find that taking milk thistle supplements really helped, one of the only supplements I have ever tried (and I've tried dozens!) that actually did give me relief. I don't take it regularly now but still keep it around, and take it if I begin to feel any twinges. Never want to get back to the stage where I was in so much pain that I would have agreed to having my head chopped off to relieve the pain.
