Default Induction Flu Fun

I'm just here for a hug - I'm experiencing a bad case of what I HOPE is induction flu and not real flu. I'm on Day 2 and everything aches including my head.

I didn't start off with enough fluid or extra salt, which I knew was a mistake! Sipping broth now to catch up.

Any advice or hugs?

Welcome back, Liz
You know the drill...I added a new Phinney talk to The Salt thread:
http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthre...210#post8626210 Try a full gram in broth mid morning and mid afternoon.

Thanks, I started adding salt like there was no tomorrow.

I've since developed a cough and some hot and cold chills. Now I don't know what's withdrawal symptoms and what's sickness! Ack!

Well salty broth is good for both, so keep at it. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks! I had run out of broth, and your post jolted me to get some more. I'm drinking some magnesium water now, too.
