Faux Low Carb Bowl - Sausage, Egg and Cheese
Hi all,
Here is something that I've been doing for breakfast and it works out great.
1.Pre-cook a sausage patty or ground beef patty. (I do them all sunday for the whole week)
1.) Nuke some scrambled egg (or egg beaters); one minute at a time, stirring as you go until the eggs look "almost done" with some liquid-ey look to them. (if you nuke them until they look done they will be a little overcooked)
2.) Put the patty in a bowl and cover with the eggs, and with "Hormel real crumbled bacon" and Shredded cheese.
3.) Nuke again for another 30 seconds until cheese melts....
That's it! You also might like a little sour cream and or avocado on top.
