thanks for your reply Spang, wondered if you or anyone else could help me with another question: eat yourself slim suggests that you have the proteins/lipids for lunch and then the healthy carbs in the evening.
I am having a wholegrain cereals at breakfast but I would like to have the healthy carbs at lunch time when I am at work and then the proteins/lipids in the evening (e. the other way around) when I am also preparing meat for my partner.
Is it ok to swap them around going against what he suggests? Or am I getting too confused!!

What kind o whole grain cereals are you having?
To be totally honest, I can't answer your main question. As I cook for 1, I would make one big Montiganc meal, and eat it for lunch and dinner until the leftovers had gone. So I didn't really get into the specific food types at specific times of the day.
