At one point I was well over 310 pounds, when I started this plan on January 12th, I weighed in at 191.6, this morning I weighed in at 173.6, that is 18 pounds in 5 weeks, I had a terrible stall of almost 2 weeks during that time, I also then read about the caffeine and dairy stalls and immediately stopped them both, within 2 days I was losing again. Try it and see if it works for you, saying goodbye to coffee was very hard, but I'm feeling so much better now. Good luck to you!!
