Fat Ratio Scales

Has any tried the scales that give body fat percentages? Do they work? The manufacturer suggests to take a 7 day average for accuracy. They are quite pricey and I wouldn't mind the expense if I thought they were accurate. Also, there are many different ones to choose from. Any opinions?
