Hi!
You can get Atkins shakes at most drug stores, grocery stores, Walmarts, etc. Many different flavors, too. You can also get powder mixes at all the stores and many different brands, like EAS- they also make ready to drink. Drink very cold or add a little ice.
I have been drinking a Atkins Mocha - ready to drink for breakfast each morning. I like the taste and I get tired of eggs. Runs about $6.25 for a 4pk.
Look for something that has low carbs, like 1 or 2 net carbs. No milk on Induction, so nothing that requires milk to be added.
You also don't have to limit yourself to shakes - that is a suggestion, only. Most low carbers will have eggs or another form of protein source. You can have meat products along with your eggs, also cheese. Check out the recipe portion of the site, lots of ideas.
Welcome aboard and good luck!

Default thanks

Thanks for the information. I will set up a search of my local drug stores. The mocha sounds yummy.

Some people report that Atkins shakes (like other manufactured foods) can cause stalls, so you might keep an eye on this. I was drinking one a day for a while but stopped because they weren't filling me up and had suspicious incredients. Best to stick with whole (non-processed) foods, which are cheaper and are better for you. Be sure to take a multi-vitamin and drink lots of water. Best wishes for success!
