Has anyone been to NoSugarShoppe in Courtenay? They have low carb items that are hard to find most places. They are also on Facebook and have an online site if you need them to help you with special items. Nice folk. Hope this helps.

I just did a Google search for NoSugarShoppe and got no hits - can you give us an actual address? I don't get up-Island as far as Courtenay very often, but would be interested in seeing their website and possibly making the trip for special items!

PS Glenda is right- you DO get up early!

the online store looks like it has neat stuff but there is no product information listed for any of their items other than confusing nutrion information that all runs together and is basically impossible to read. If they cleaned up their site a bit, it would be a good place to shop.
