Isn't it weird...

I went bowling last night - nothing odd in that I agree but I was using a 14 lb ball.

I couldn't believe how heavy it felt! Given I've lost about 10lb since starting low-carbing a couple of months ago it's weird to think I've been carrying one of those balls around with me for years without really noticing it!
