Default Quick Question about the Food Lists

In the Foods to Enjoy portion there are some items that say -- Deleted or --Added after them.

What are these indicators for?

Thanks!

When the newest book came out(SBD Supercharged), some changes were made to the food lists and that is where these deleted or added items are from.

So if the food list says Deleted, does that mean we shouldn't include those foods in our plan?

Thanks Judy, I really appreciate your experience.

Hi and Weclome!
Yes, you can have plain non fat yogurt in phase I.

We can have up to 2 cups total of dairy daily.

I count my cheese intake in that 2 cups so that I allow myself 1-2 ozs of hard cheeses per day, 1/2 cup of yogurt daily and I use H&H in my 2 cups of coffee daily, about 2 tablespoons total.
I use sour cream and cream cheeses as a condiments and keep it to an absolute minimum.

Hope this helps!
