Default Accidental Jelly!

This morning I made a cup of hot orange... boiling water with a small amount of sugar free orange squash. I also threw in a tablespoon of psylium husks... I'm not constipated at the moment, but I am trying to prevent it!

I then walked away and forgot about the drink for 15 minutes or so... when i remembered it, I drank it up, and discovered at the bottom of the cup was a thick layer of orangey-flavoured psylium husk jelly, which I ate and totally enjoyed! Accidental jelly!

Do any of you see a problem with this, apart from the trace carbs/artificial sweetener in the orange squash?

19 views and no negative opinions on this so far, so... I'm going to keep doing it. I really liked it!

I use a little sugar free squash every day without issue - if it tasty go for it, just be aware of the AS as they might cause sugar cravings x

I have sugar cravings anyway, with or without AS, so I can't imagine a bit of AS psylium husk jelly (!) would make things any worse!
