Correlation is not causation is true. That doesn't mean it's not evidence, it means that it's not proof.

There's also the question of whether not eating gluten is a radical change to the diet. A lot of people have traditionally eaten a radical, wheat-free diet...

Less than this and headlines scream RED MEAT KILLS.

I think one of the problems moving forward is this:

Weed-killing chemical linked to cancer found in some children's breakfast foods

A new report found glyphosate, a weed-killing chemical that some health authorities link to cancer, in a number of popular breakfast foods and cereals marketed to children. The study by the non-profit Environmental Working Group (EWG) discovered trace amounts of the most widely used herbicide in the country in oats, granolas and snack bars. Thirty-one out of 45 tested products had levels higher than what some scientists consider safe for children.

And you know what Agent Orange defoliant did in Vietnam. This has a similar action on leaves. Maybe on people, too?

There is a tv ad that runs here trolling for people that had a specific cancer and had used Round up---my impression is that there is no question this chemical can cause cancer.

A groundskeeper for a golf course in California just won a big settlement. Juries seem to agree.
