Good news....On Dec 29th I weighed 222. I lost 7 pounds since then (5 in the past week)...finally back in the "teens"...and 16 pounds away from the 100s....

I realized that my salad and lc veggie portions were stalling me because of the carbs so cut way back on them.

The one grain I am having, which is more supplement than food, is ground flax seed for the sake of regularity.

Flax isn't a grain. Its a seed from a non-grass plant, so it doesn't fall into the category of grains.
