OK - this is the FIRST real sweet cheat I've had since starting this WOL in late January. I ate some toaster strudels one night, but I was drunk...anyway, here is what I am figuring out about sugar & junk-carbs
NEGATIVE:
1. Makes my head spin
2. Takes away my energy - I was only able to run 15 minutes before I bonked
3. I am tired
4. I am hungry again...my tummy is growling
POSITIVE:
1. I don't EVER want to feel like this again!
2. I KNOW this WOL has been working for me!!!
3. I KNOW I can get back on the LC train this evening and finish the day out STRONGER than I was earlier.
4. Junk-carbs have TOTALLY lost their attraction!
This was not a planned cheat. A friend had her going away party today & the BIG boss wanted everyone to have a slice of cake. I could have passed it up, but my friend insisted too...I realize now I should have put my foot down & next time I will! I don't care - I'll tell them I am allergic to flour or something.
So, out of the bad, does come some good
