Default flax and menstruel cycle

Hello all you PCOS ladies,

I don't have PCOS but I am curious about something. There is an abstract in pubmed that shows that flax seed consumption lengthens the luteal phase of the menstruel cycle. Have any of you guys notices a longer menstruel cycle when low carbing? when eating flax seed? when doing both?

The same abstract also noticed a significant increase in progesterone:estradiol ratios, which means less estrogen dominance. I always thought that flax would increase estrogen dominance, not reduce it. Does anybody have any light to shed here? Love, TFUP

As far as the flax seeds. I don't know. With low carbing, when I was on it before, I believe my cycles were like a day longer. I won't be able to judge it anymore. I recently got put on the shot and won't have it anymore. But I believe it might have made me go a little longer than normal.
