Quitting very soon

I'm going to be joining you guys soon. I quit last year for 9 months and started again (out of spite to make someone mad). I smoke a pack a day and now my lungs are really starting to hurt. I feel like crap in the morning and have really taken a good look at what I'm doing to myself. I'm mentally preparing to quit again. Wish me luck everyone!
