Hello,
Today is my first day to quit smoking!!! I am wearing the patch . I have been on the atkins diet for one year now! I too am worried about gaining extra weight! The withdraws do not seem to be that bad!! I've been drinking plenty of water. Watching what I eat! After reading other sites. I've decided to start lifting weights . I walk 3miles 3 times a week. After reading the body for life book. I think If you lift weights 3x a week for 20 minutes you can gain muscle rather than fat!! Now I wouldn't be opposed to that!! Has anyone tried this?? Thanks
