I was bad, very bad. After 2 and a half weeks, no cheating and have lost 15 pounds I went to Hot and Now. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid Now I start all over. The thing is I didn't do it because I was happy or depressed or hungry..Just did it. I need a kick in the butt or something. Anyway thanks for listening..I'll be back in a couple of days when I get back on track...thanks...

There have been times Ive grabbed a bunch of low carb candy in the store, walked around with it, and then finally put it back. Its weird hwo you can sabotage yourself. 15 lbs is great, congrats! Sometimes cheating is good for people, it makes them realize that its not worth it, and that they arent missing out on anything.

Only thing you can do is learn from it and get back on the horse... don't beat yourself up, we all slip up sometimes, but the best thing you can do is learn from your mistakes so you can figure out how not to do it next time... positive self-thought makes all the difference in this woe, so chin up!!! You're doing great
