I was just wondering if anyone has lost a significant amount of weight on this plan? I'm thinking about doing this instead of Atkins and would love some insight! Thanks!

come over and look at the HOUR POWER thread. I lost all of my weight on this plan and have maintained for 7 years, and Teri has lost even more weight. We chose this because it makes sense and is very sustainable. I am going out for dinner tonight and will be on plan- and have bread.

I noticed that only 1 person has responded to this post, so I'm bumping it up and hoping that some of you will respond. I am also considering using this diet instead of Atkins. I find that there are too many occasions that I want to have some carbs. CAD looks like a good compromise.
We are a very very small group. This plan has no publicity, no large following. There are other websites with other people, but you have to decide if this will work for you.
I am going into my 8th Planiversary in July- and this is how I eat now. For me the issue is not only weight, but health.
