I know exactly what you mean about the weight goal... I too am trying to get down to where my goal weight will be my "high" weight.
I gain as much as 4 to 5 pounds in an average day (depending on what I eat and how much water--- (which is always lots!) so I'd like to have those few extra pounds to play with.
I binge here and there too... but as I told Jenny, I made a rule to NEVER cheat 2 days in a row and it seems easier to get back under control and the excess pounds come back off very quickly (I think they are mostly water weight at that point and by getting back to my program quickly... I keep from doing real damage)
I hope you found something worthwhile and helpful in my journal.
I have never gone back through it and looked it over myself... maybe I will... it just might help me again too!!
I feel like such a slacker... I am NOT exercising!!! I just can't get my motivation up to get going again
And I know that would be a tremendous benefit at this point....
My still being involved in this forum is for my own benefit as well as (hopefully) others. I really still need to stay connected to keep myself focused..... just seems like it would still be too easy to blow everything and then find myself starting over again!
