Gave my copy of The Dental DIet to woman who cleans my teeth. We have had great conversations and thought she would appreciate the book. After my sons appointment, she asked if she could keep it for a week to read thru.

Well, my yearly dental checkup appointment went quick -- no staining, cavities or signs of gum disease now. Hygienist couldn't believe I am pushing 70 and used to have so many issues with my mouth.

BIlly, I highly recommend the book, it is small money.
He covers a lot of ground. Get all your fat soluable vitamins, including plenty of K2. Probiotics. Stop the mouthwash, stop the flourides,

He has a website that covers much. And videos. You can start here and work your way thru his material .

Until you can read his book as his book is very valuable.

Arielle, I know the book “Cure Tooth Decay” by Ramiel Nagel was mentioned earlier in this thread in regards to blotting, but I am more than half way through the book now, and highly recommend it. He destroys almost every aspect of the modern dental profession. There is a lot of eye opening material in the book I have not read from other sources, that has added greatly to my education on the subject and I have changed some of my routines on his advice. I think you will find it worth the read.

It is very disturbing to find out so late in the game we have been mislead. Yesterday I started looking for a wholistic dentist. 3 names/ clinics popped up.

What do you do differently since reading the book Cure Tooth Decay ?

I switched to daily brushing with just salt water and only once a week with my coconut oil/baking soda toothpaste. I may cut it out altogether when it’s used up. He stresses the importance of a balanced mouth microbiome.
He also had an interesting section on breathing, tooth and jaw alignment and things of that nature and I started practicing a proper breathing technique, mostly while walking (mouth closed, toungue pressed against the back of upper teeth).
I am looking into fermented cod liver oil and high vitamin butter oil for vit. A, D and K2 (which in the days when he wrote the book they referred to as “Activator X”). Ramiel has very high opinions on this subject!

I too press my tongue to roof, with mouth closed, and breath deeply. lol

The best butter I can find is Kerrygold, for $4 for the two stick pack. grass fed butter. Organic Valley products becoming more available. Are these possible options for you??

I opted to supplement with vitamin k2 ( MK-7) to help....

As of this morning I noticed that my teeeth dont get that overnight scum.

I was watching a show on Africa the other day, I think it was on PBS and in this primitive village, what I noticed most was that they had all of their teeth and they were nice white teeth!
