ACCORDING TO C.A.D., THAT IS ENOUGH TO KEEP ON LOSING, JUST DOING WHAT IS BASICALLY ATKINS INDUCTION THE OTHER 23 HOURS OF THE DAY.

I DID A LIVER CLEANSE AT THE WEEKEND, AND MY WEIGHT IS DOWN AGAIN. I AM AFRAID TO ADD THE NEW NUMBER TO MY STATS, AS I KNOW IT WILL GO BACK UP. IT ALWAYS DOES
