Default I had a one night stand.

With Jack. In the Box.

I had been doing so well am down 15 lbs then Super Bowl Sunday came. I had a party at my house, ate a nice breakfast, was on the right track, but I was so busy that I hadn't eaten anything. Around 7pm I had about 5 non breaded chicken wings and some celery. I was still fine. I had had about 2 glasses of wine throughout the afternoon and was still not tempted. Then I had another two through out the night! Was still doing fine...I thought.

Then midnight hit. Most of the last stragglers had left but my friends bf came to pick her up and brought a huge bag of Jack in the Box. I caved. I had a cheeseburger, small curly fries, and small shake. As far as pig outs go not too bad but no way no how on plan. At all.

I feel a little queasy this morning from all the wine but am not having cravings. Yet. I really hope this doesnt set them off but even if it does I'm determined to not let one mess up ruin three weeks of good work. I'm getting back on the wagon today and will be really strict with the carbs for a couple days with lots of fat to kick my body back into ketosis.

Sigh! And I just made a post about how I'm so happy this diet has made me realize I have willpower, lol. I guess I should add a caveat that states that drinking an entire bottle of wine over the course of an afternoon/evening will send the willpower on a little mini-vacation!

That's rough, having it right in front of you in a moment of weakness. Can't blame you for giving in, sounds like you are on track again.
