have just noticed you on line. Want to thank you for welcoming me to the forum a few weeks ago.

I'm still trying find my way around this forum. It's the first time Iv'e tried anything like this.

I'm beginning to get the hang of lowcarbing and was amazed to find from browsing that 6oz of meat etc is all I should be eating. There's lots more to learn. Have lost about 12lbs to date. Just splashed out on new tanita scales today.

Sorry I missed you yesterday, I was having a sneaky look at the forum whilst at work as I am now.....

Congratulations on the weight lose. Have you done another week or two on induction as I suggested? if so I think you will agree you have found it benifical.
