Better than I thought it would be on inches. Lost 9.2 pounds (well short of the 15lb goal, but I'll take it!). Most amazing is the loss of 1.75 inches in the hips - which I attribute to the adductor/abductor pair of exercises I added to the mix. Reassuring is the fact all the places I don't have much fat (wrist, ankle, ribcage) the measurements stayed the same. Only 1/2" off of the waist - weird, but again, my proportion is improving. I may turn into an "off the rack" girl. Woo Hoo! Wish those big old calves (or should I call them cows?) would start shrinking. I know there's fat there!
