Hello,

Does anyone know if it is ok to take Diet Fuel by Twinlab,
and 50mg Zinc, and Multi-Vita-Min?

Thank you
Patrick.

Hi Patrick,

I think Diet Fuel is a "stack" product, for themogenic effects. Some low-carbers use them, and some don't. Probably it won't be recommended in any on the LC dieting books, so you may want to do some research to see if it's right for you. http://www.drumlib.com has a lot of supporting info.

Some members use similar products as well, by doing a search for "Hydroxycut" you will find some discussion on it.

Patrick,

those products are safe to use with each other. They will not have any negative interactions with each other.

But, as Wa'il said, thermogenics aren't for everyone. Please read the label of the particular product you have and obey the label.

BTW, this only applies to ORANGE labeled Diet Fuel ... GREEN label Diet Fuel is non-thermogenic and should be considered safer, although not as effective.

I like thermogenics, but they do have side effects and deserve to be respected.
